SK series full range loudspeakers' cabinet is special for its design, the loudspeakers are constructed by one whole plywood board after the special production processes,that were not constructed by seperate boards. The special design makes the cabinet light, compact and strong. 15mm thick plywood for full range loudspeakers, and 18mm thick plywood for subwoofers.
To meet the requirements of outdoors use, we launched waterproof version SK series loudspeakers. Following steps show how we make the waterproof loudspeaker: make empty cabinet --> daub resin on cabinet --> stick fiberglass on resin ---> daub resin on fiberglass again --> sanding resin and fiberglass --> painting --> spray waterproof glue on the LF driver paper diaphragm à stick foam behind the mesh grille.
